Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" / "oke27" — the online gambling and sports betting service operated at https://oke27.cam and all related subdomains.
• "Member" / "You" — any individual who has registered an account on oke27 and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Member on oke27, through which all wagering, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted.
• "Balance" — the sum of real-money funds currently held in a Member's Account, excluding any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a Member subject to wagering requirements and validity conditions as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any monetary stake placed by a Member on a sports event, casino game, lottery draw, or other wagering market offered by oke27.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required by oke27 to confirm a Member's identity and eligibility prior to enabling full withdrawal access.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of Indonesia and the currency in which all oke27 transactions are denominated.
• "Restricted Territory" — any jurisdiction in which access to oke27 is prohibited by applicable local law.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond oke27's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, banking system failures, or regulatory changes.

To register and use oke27, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. oke27 strictly prohibits the registration or use of its services by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from a territory where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under your local applicable law.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of oke27, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must not be self-excluded from oke27 or any other gambling platform under a current self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organization in placing wagers or operating your Account.

Registration on oke27 is subject to the following terms:

• Each individual may register one (1) account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Any false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension.
• Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. oke27 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your login details.
• You must notify oke27 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• oke27 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

oke27 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. The following terms apply:

• Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed and may be required to complete it upon reaching certain deposit thresholds.
• Required documents typically include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), proof of current address (issued within the last 90 days), and a live selfie holding the identity document.
• KYC review is typically completed within 1–24 hours of full document submission. In exceptional cases, processing may take up to 48 hours.
• oke27 may request additional documentation at any time if required to satisfy AML obligations or resolve identity discrepancies.
• All submitted documents are stored and processed in accordance with oke27's Privacy Policy. Documents are encrypted and never disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
• Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions being maintained until verification is successfully completed.

The following terms govern all deposits made to oke27 Accounts:

• All deposits are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000.
• Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• oke27 does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's sole responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt by oke27's payment systems. Instant crediting applies to most local bank transfers during banking hours; off-peak transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• oke27 reserves the right to reverse or hold any deposit that triggers fraud or AML alerts pending investigation.

The following terms govern all withdrawal requests from oke27 Accounts:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account verification tier and payment method.
• All withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• Verified accounts (completed KYC) benefit from priority processing with a typical payout time of under 5 minutes during banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB).
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside banking hours enter an auto-processing queue and are typically completed within 1–3 hours of banking operations resuming.
• oke27 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Bank or e-wallet provider fees, if any, are the Member's sole responsibility.
• Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of AML checks or KYC verification. oke27 will notify the Member of any hold and the steps required to resolve it.
• oke27 reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by oke27 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonus wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds expire automatically upon the validity deadline.
• Bonus offers are intended for personal, recreational use only. Use of bonuses in conjunction with low-risk or systematic betting strategies (including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or Martingale-style systems) may result in bonus cancellation and Account review.
• oke27 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Members who have already accepted a bonus will not have their existing wagering requirements retroactively changed without prior notice.
• Unless explicitly stated as combinable, bonuses may not be stacked or used simultaneously with other promotional offers.
• oke27 reserves the right to request proof of identity before crediting or releasing bonus funds.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on oke27:

• All bets are placed and settled in IDR. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly made available.
• oke27 reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event where odds were published erroneously due to technical error, human error, or data feed failure. Members will be notified and stakes refunded.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, oke27's records shall be considered the authoritative source. Members may raise a dispute within 30 days of settlement by contacting [email protected].
• Bets placed after the start of an event without live-betting functionality being explicitly active are void.
• Match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in connection with any wager placed on oke27 will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities.
• Maximum stake limits per event and per market type are determined by oke27 at its sole discretion and may be applied to individual Accounts based on betting patterns.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on oke27. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person to register an Account that would breach these Terms & Conditions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to access oke27, place bets, or exploit the Platform in any manner not intended for human recreational use.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing glitches, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a known system error are not payable and will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using oke27 as a vehicle for any unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to coordinate bets with other Members or counterparties to guarantee profit at the expense of oke27's risk margin (arbitrage abuse).

All content on the oke27 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, graphics, user interface design, software code, odds data, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of oke27 or its licensed content providers. The following restrictions apply:

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any oke27 content without prior written permission from oke27.
• You may not use the oke27 brand name, logos, or trademarks in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written authorization.
• Systematic scraping or harvesting of odds data, page content, or Member data from the oke27 Platform is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oke27's liability to any Member is limited as follows:

• oke27 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.
• oke27 does not guarantee that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Planned maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.
• In the event of a Force Majeure event, oke27 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions.
• oke27's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in that Member's Account at the time the claim arose.
• oke27 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your gambling decisions. All wagering is undertaken voluntarily and at the Member's own risk.

oke27's collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Key principles:

• We collect personal data only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform, process payments, comply with KYC and AML obligations, and deliver customer support.
• We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except as required to process payments (payment processors), comply with legal obligations, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.
• All personal data is stored with 256-bit AES encryption at rest and transmitted via SSL/TLS-encrypted connections.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law.

• oke27 provides all Members with access to deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools. These tools are accessible through account settings or by contacting [email protected].
• Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is active, oke27 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Member from accessing or re-registering on the Platform during the exclusion period.
• oke27 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming controls on any Account where its systems detect patterns of behaviour associated with problem gambling, including but not limited to escalating losses, extended session durations, and unusual deposit frequency.
• Any Member who believes they may have a gambling problem is strongly encouraged to contact our support team or consult an independent responsible gambling organization.

oke27 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process governs such changes:

• Material amendments will be communicated to registered Members via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect.
• Minor amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter Member rights, or updates to contact information) may take effect immediately upon publication.
• Your continued use of oke27 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
• If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using oke27 and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of your real-money balance prior to the amendment's effective date.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which oke27 holds its international gaming license.

• In the event of a dispute between a Member and oke27, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through oke27's internal complaints process. Members may submit a formal complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Account Username]".
• oke27 will respond to formal complaints within 5 business days. If the matter cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
• Nothing in this clause prevents oke27 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or financial assets.
